职责:

  • Assist in the day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

要求:

  • Diploma in Accounting / Bookkeeping.
  • Proven experience in an accounting or finance role (internships considered).
  • MS Excel, MS Office, good knowledge of accounting software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Responsibility and good discipline
  • Good attendance and proper time management.
